Amenities
Grain
We offer Triple Crown Grain or Standlee Forage Feeds only.
Horses will be fed grain at least twice daily.
Hay
We offer typically offer Alfalfa/Alfalfa mix Hay or Fescue. We feed hay by the weight of each horse. Each horse has different nutrition needs.
Supplements
We offer a variety of supplements for extremely cheap. We do require certain supplements (electrolytes year round). We offer 11 different supplemtents, if your horse needs it, we probably have it!
Free Choice Forage
All Pastures regardless of grass will have covered round bales with slow feeder nets.
Arena
Our arena is currently Under construction. We hope to have lights by Fall/Winter 2024.
We have a large ring currently.
Tack
We have a large indoor 2 story tack room with indoor grooming bays with lights.
Trails
Our property is nearly 30 acres, our trails are under construction Summer 2024.
Vaccines Required
Must be up to date on All core vaccines, Eastern/Western, Tetanus, Rabies, West Nile.
Must have new coggins within 30 days prior.
Must be up to date on: Strangles, Flu, and Rhino.
Pricing
The Minimum price of boarding is $275.00 a month. Boarding price varies. Each horse has different needs, stall board starts at $525.00. Boarding Contracts will require a notary, and valid drivers license or government id. In order to complete a board application you will need to be able to measure your horse. We feed all horses 3 times a day. Horses may have free choice hay (timothy-orchard) upon request but you will be charged accordingly.
Pasture Board starts at $275.00 per month --> 2 pasture board spots available Fall 2024
Stall Board starts at $525.00 per month --> Currently unavailable
Safety Requirements
We require anyone riding on property to wear a helmet regardless of horse, rider age or rider experience.Helmets must be ASTM/SEI Certified. You only get one head, ride smart.
Anyone wanting to jump must also have a certified protective riding vest.
Failure to follow these requirements will result in a fine added to your board and potentially permanent dismissal from the property. Be smart and ride safe.
